The treatment of snoring or Obstructive Sleep Apnoea with an oral appliance is safe, painless and effective.

MDSA treatment does not involve surgery.

How the MDSA works
MDSA oral appliance consists of two trays custom made from your dental impressions, which fit over the upper and lower teeth. A hook mechanism attached to the upper tray attaches with a shelf in the tower tray and allows the jaw to be positioned forward, preventing the soft tissue of the throat and tongue from collapsing into the airway. Since snoring occurs when air is forced through narrowed or nearly closed breathing passages, positioning the jaw forward will enable you to breathe easily and to stop snoring.

A breakthrough oral appliance
Designed for comfort, easy fit and simple adjustment, the MDSA is a breakthrough in the treatment of OSA and snoring. Its unique two piece design gives you amazing lateral and controlled vertical jaw movement for comfort when wearing the MDSAs. It can easily be adjusted while in your mouth.
